Why Not just Pop Down and Drive this Back?

There are a number of concerns here:

  1. Ford did not offer a convertible version of this Capri
  2. “There was a fire in the back seat, so fire fighters broke all Windows except front windshield”
  3. It’s in Tijuana
  4. There’s no evidence this ever had a top (well, aside from the steel one removed with tin snips)
  5. It’s in Tijuana

So…why not make a $100 offer?  This might be the ultimate LeMons car, complete with the story of acquiring it.
