We previously featured a Baur E30, which was a particularly odd best, given BMW eventually did offer a convertible version of that body. The E21 never had a factory convertible, so the Baur was the best you could do if you wanted open-air motoring and a full BMW warranty. What makes this car even cooler is its inline six, which was not available for the US market, but the seller claims it used to leave here and has all the necessary paperwork, even for California.
Even beyond that, it seems this engine has some well-done mods and still passes for stock. Perfect! There is a reference to new floorpans, which means someone was chasing the rust worm.

The massive 323 label is a bit strange. I’d personally take it back to stock.
