Yes, a 521 is a tiny pickup and, yes, this one has the power- and drivetrain from a 1990 Mustang GT.
The seller has documented the build at the Ratsun forum site and the attention to detail and mechanical aptitude are strong here! One could not come close to building for the asking price if paying anyone for labor. No interior shots are available and the seller admits it needs finishing; but the interior work should be VERY easy compared to the engine swap work!

From the angle, the truck could almost pass for stock, although the wheels stand out a bit.
Under the hood…not so stock!
Things also don’t look stock from the rear. The radiator lives in the bed with an airflow cutout and a trans cooler under it. Also, yes, those are the exhausts in the bed!
This appears to be an ‘in progress’ shot of the undercarriage.
