This is a custom 1972 Mustang done by Eddie Paul, who has a long resume of custom work for the film industry, including The Fast and the Furious and numerous other major films.
This is a full 70s-style custom and looks like it was made to compete with Mark Hamil’s “Corvette Summer” monster. The question is whether the builder’s name is enough to bring $25,000, when a normal, 351-powered ’72 Mach I can be had for half that. Styling is a personal matter, of course, but let’s just say it’ll take just the right buyer to fall in love with this one.
The seller offers no proof that Mr. Paul (no relation to Ron) built this, but the German auto magazine link below has a picture of the builder with the car.
Update: This video shows the fabricator talking explaining this car. It seems it was a teaching tool for people in his shop.

The scoops are exaggerated vs. a stock ram air Mustang, and the fenders, bumper and grill are all custom.
Here’s a better look at the fenders and mounting of the bumper. This is also our first glimpse at the HUGE rear tires.
Rear 3/4 view shows rear bumper, which matches the front, and side exhaust. If that fuel filler works, it was a major re-route. These had the filler in the middle of the rear panel. Maybe the gas tank is in the back seat?
The entire tail light panel is custom, with the round lights usually seen on such beasts.
The interior appears to be mildly customized with modern seats and wheel, but the extent of the work is nothing like that on the exterior.
The 351 Windsor is not original to the car, as they were all Clevelands by 1972. While any 351 would provide nice torque, we hope the engine swap means it’s been built up some so that performance matches the styling (and the rear tires).
