I grew up in Stillwater, Oklahoma. I had this custom restoration done on this Porsche 911 because I’m a huge OSU fan. Someone in Stillwater needs to own this thing. It is beautiful and the perfect Cowboy fan’s car.
I purchased this 1999 Porsche 4S in March 2012 from a dealer in California. 420 miles on this car since the restoration.
As I purchased this I immediately put it into the shop at Jacobson Auto Body in West Des Moines, Iowa for a full restoration. I purchased an OEM GT3 RS body kit (front bumper, rear bumper, side skirts, rear wing). I had new lights installed, side markers, new custom RS pedals…It was then painted inside and out with this beautiful custom OSU paint job. Then took it to the muffler shop for new tips and exhaust work. It then went to the interior shop for a full interior re-do. It has the softest, most supple leather interior I have ever felt with custom orange stitching. All NEW Porsche carpet from the factory with custom floor mats. New door sills in carbon fiber. All components inside were died black to match and look incredible. All emblems/logos are new as well. It then went to Freedom Tire for new tires and rims. Then to Beckley Auto Imports for a mechanical and brake system check and general maintenance.
I now have an awesome car that looks and drives incredible… I have $76,200 into the vehicle to date. The only thing that needs attention is a vacuum sealing issue that is not affecting the drive but causes a light on the dash to be on. I’m selling it for much less than I have in it… I’d like to hope this final fix can be done by the new owner.
