Part II of Scariest Project Ever?

We previously posted something we thought might be the scariest project ever.  That was a Lotus Esprit V8 in need of engine work.  Today’s installment is also a Lotus Esprit, but it’s a 1977 Series I car, mostly disassembled.

This one comes with two engines and two transaxles – maybe you could build it as a twin-engine beast?  Lots of parts are pictured, but can you really be confident it’s all there?

Would you take on a project like this?

This car probably looked great in blue, once upon a time.  Are those the defroster vents, or part of an intake?

Wheels are aftermarket.  This needs the cool originals.

No engine is current installed.

Interior is fully gutted, but seats are not shown in any images.  Are they available?  Either way, we recommend putting this back together with the groovy plaid interior.

Here’s a gauge cluster and perhaps some fuel injection parts.

Here’s one engine.

Apparently, this was indeed an EFI project of some sort.
