MGB GT for the Long Legged?

I’m a big fan of the MGB GT.  So much so that it was the other car on the short list before I bought my 280Z.  Who doesn’t love a small hatchback with RWD and a pretty good power-to-weight ratio?

The seller points out that this is a project car and we believe it.  That being said, it is claimed that this car starts; so there’s hope.  Overall, it looks fairly rough, yet complete – at least if the front seats can be located.  Is the price right?

Things don’t look too bad here, though the hood is far from straight.

Split bumper is cool.  Missing badges and tail light cover should be the least of your worries.  Last I heard, there are plenty of repro parts available for these.

Interior looks salvageable, but it’s not clear whether seats are included in the sale.

The rear seat is there, so you can drive it if you can reach the controls from there.

No air cleaner is present.  Hopefully, there aren’t mice in the carbs.  Otherwise, this looks rather complete.
